1.Which is Pelmasofts Delivery Policy?

In Pelmasoft we believe that the pecuniary value of products should not be influenced by other factors apart from the relation of quality and output. For that reason we price our products proportionally, trying to maintain the delivery expenses in the lowest possible levels.

2. In which regions does Pelmasoft deliver?

Pelmasoft delivers in all of Greece and if requested internationally.

3. Which delivery method does Pelmasoft use?

Currently we use the General Postage for each region in Greece and Abroad.

4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 1-4 working days, depending on the availability of products. In case of any delay due to unavailability of your item of choice you will be informed in time.

5. How much does the packing expense and delivery charge cost?

We use an automatic calculating system for any extra charges of packing and delivery, so you can view the total amount right before you place your order. We make an effort to maintain our delivery and packaging charge in reasonable prices. Below you can find a detailed table of fees:

* For items over 2kg, your order will be packaged in additional boxes of 0.5, 1 or 2kg and the total cost of delivery will be calculated depending on this scale.

6. Can Pelmasoft ship an order at an alternative address?


Shipping in a different address is possible as long as it is stated in your order form.

Order and Delivery Security

Pelmasoft reassures you that every order you make through our website will be carried out quickly and with all the safety precautions, throughout the whole process, until you receive your parcel. Our Customers Service Department is in your disposal for any clarification, query or complaint.

Tracking your Order

 Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your personal track number, which enables you to actually keep track of your order. Additionally you can contact our Customers Service Department for information on your order's progress, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 17:00pm, again by using your track number.

1. Which is Pelmasofts Return Policy?

We sincerely hope that you will be completely satisfied with your items of purchase. However if you wish to return an item, it is fully acceptable and we have a quick and easy return process for you to follow.

You have the right to return your item, free of charge, within 10 working days starting from the date that you receive your order. Returns are acceptable only with the receipt of purchase or invoice, as long as the item or items are exactly as they were when received, which is in the initial, original packaging, without the seal being broken or in any way opened. In this case of return, you are only overcharged by the immediate return cost of your purchase. It is noted that it is your exclusive responsibility to maintain the products in good shape for return.

Before the return of the item, you need to contact us and inform us either via email at info@pelmasoft.com or call us (+30) 210 88 39 628 (working hours). Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the day we receive the parcel.

Please inform us within 48 hours from the day you receive your purchase for any problems concerning your order, for example if you find it incomplete, damaged etc. Again you may contact us via email at info@pelmasoft.com or call us (+30) 210 88 39 628 (working hours).
